Klipsch AW-650 Outdoor Talker review: Performance

Big speakers tend to make a bigger strait, and the AW-650 prove that point. Compared to little wired outdoor speakers, the AW-650 have much more bass and a wider sound. They too deliver better detail than most other exterior speakers.

The distorted guitars on Billie Eilish's "Happier than Ever so" had a nice crush to them, while her vocals were still easy to hear. On the Weeknd's "Blinding Lights," the bass pulsed powerfully while the keys and snare sounded distinct. His vocals were clear, if slightly buried by the bass. The acoustic guitar on Tom Footling's "Wildflowers" sounded sharp and bright, and the accent instruments were clear in the mix.

As you would hope, the AW-650 have no trouble getting very loud without distorting, though at about 94 decibels the ternary started to sound too harsh.

Klipsch says the AW-650 are "all endure," but doesn't provide an IP rating to keep that. The envelopment is UV-resistant and the grille is rustproof. Even the zinc clinch has a weather-repellent powder finishing. Given the frame quality and how long the product has been on the food market, we expect the speakers to withstand the elements.

If you'Re looking for a connected outdoor speaker that can get gaudy and bring the bass, the Klipsch AW-650 are the ones to get — if you birth the blank and budget. They are reinforced to worst and will make sure your outdoor space is filled with sound.

For those of US who don't induce that more than outdoor space and want something more affordable, the Polk Atrium 4 attain a nice res of Mary Leontyne Pric and performance.
